•Lower Body: Build power and endurance in your legs, glutes, and core for increased stability and balance.
•Full Body: Engage all major muscle groups for a high-energy, total-body workout that boosts endurance and maximizes calorie burn.
Foundations Express focuses on building muscular endurance, which means you’ll be performing slightly higher repetitions with lighter/moderate weights to help develop long-lasting strength and stamina. Equipment Needed:
•Dumbbells: Have both a light and a heavy set on hand to ensure you’re challenging yourself as you progress.
